Sometimes all these people need to hear from you is 'Are you OK?' and 'Is there anything I can do to help?'
Some people give so much of themselves behind the scenes that some of you selfish people who help others in full glare of your peers solely to get a pat on the back for 'doing a nice thing' don't understand the value of people like James, MrTinkles, Mum and a handful of other selfless people that at times over invest their emotions into helping people.
what you think are STPID reasons are cries for help FFS so get over your own selfish needs for pats on the back for being a nice person.
<--- Officially pissed off.
Is leaving gs a bad thing? I'm not sure, that means that you can live without this virtual substitute.
I may generalize, but my experience in forums when I had my problems, and now when I am well...more or less okay in my life : when everything is okay in your life, that kind of forums is bonus, just a cool time to spend, meeting nice people and everything.
When (general) you come here to find help, to talk about your problems, it may generate an addiction and it may lead on avoiding problems in real life. I think in that moment, taking distance with the forum is necessary (and then you come back).
For a long time, I talked about my problems in another forum, I thought it helped me but in fact, I was kinda closed in this forum, and IRL, I was the same dumbass, no change.
