Morning person for sure but only after initially getting out of bed (usually cuz it's warm) I can't even sleep past 9 without feeling I've wasted the day!!

which is good and I agree . but what time are u in bed for ?? for me its usually one at earliest and then could be 3 or 4am

Ahh usually I'm in bed for like 11-12 (nearly there now ) I usually have to be up at 530 for work now so I try to get to bed earlyish

Mine is seasonal.

During the Spring and Summer and Fall, I am a night person. I love being out at night in the Spring and Summer and Fall air.

During the winter, Im a middle of the day person.

Im a 24hr a day person.

I work and travel globally, and even when I'm not physically on a particular continent, Im usually talking to someone who is. I tend to power nap Monday to Friday (1 maybe 2 hours at a time) and sleep most of the weekend
