Best concert was also my first(Maybe because it was my first?) Metallica (Tenth row center on the floor)
I don't really have a list, or a favorite...I'm really easy when it comes to music. Definitely not a remote/tuner hog here.
Though the one band that just drives me -insane- is Pink Floyd. A genre that will do the same? Bluegrass *Shudders* Long as we can avoid those two? I'm good with whatever you want to listen to.

My best concert ever was the Stockholm Music & Arts 2013 festival where I got to see Diamanda Galás live. It's a really powerful and horrifying experience.
The best album of all time is 'Desertshore' by Nico.
If I could only listen to 10 artists:
Nico
The Velvet Underground
Meredith Monk
Josephine Foster
Thinking Fellers Union Local 282
Padang Food Tigers
Popol Vuh
Shirley Collins
Cul De Sac

Five songs or artists that make me want to tear my hair out:
Almost all radio pop artists. Sorry if that sounds douchey or something. I've heard people go "Only deep individuals with dark minds who've gone through depression and heartbreak can fully appreciate Lana Del Rey's music" and I'm like ಠ_ಠ

About all the rest I won't answer as my musical taste is so wide I cannot choose the best.
