Thank you very much. Of course, if you have no guarantees, that a surrogate mother will give you a baby and this baby will be legally yours, surrogacy is not a variant. Everything should be safe and legal
i have always wanted a family, children. but i can only see myself being a father of children while being married to a woman. i cant imagine being a gay dad, not that i have a problem with it. i know nothing is wrong with it.
i don't know if its because of my upbringing and family being anti everything gay. maybe i'm just afraid of being seen as the "mom" because i am small and most likely going to be less dominate than my mate...
I think, it is just a stereotype. It is not so easy to break it, but to live in harmony with yourself is much more important than to follow the rules of society

As far as I know altruistic surrogacy is legal in Belgium, but commercial surrogacy is illegal. And although altruistic surrogacy is technically legal, there is only one hospital taking in couples and there are extremely strict rules to get in. This makes a lot of couples seek treatment outside Belgium.

depends on the criteria according to which you are searching...what is more important for you...price, location, form of surrogacy...
•
I think, the most important criteria is a legal aspect. Conditions in contract, medical guarantees, compensation in case of failure. I must be sure.
•
How do you mean failure. No one is going to garantee that. IVF isn't 100%.
I'm not sure what you mean by medical guarantees. Could you clarify?
It seems you want a fool proof plan. Surrogacy nor adoption nor having a baby in a heterosexual relationship isnt fool proof. It's a chance we all take.

Yeah, what do you mean by those things you mentioned?
