Before we throw the perp in jail....I would point out that the OP has listed his age as 16 years old, 17 years old and 18 years old....all in the space of three threads. So which age is it? Although, to be honest, I'd make anyone in that age range produce valid ID if I was into twinks....just to make sure they were legal.
Obviously the truth and Alex are not necessarily close friends.

Guys...you scared the crap out of me.I was clearly too horny thinking about this.Also for the guys that say im 16 on profile,but i wrote 17,it's because i will turn 17 in 8 days,i was born at the end of a year,so i thought im closer to 17 more than 16,so it makes it ok.Also sex under 18 is legal here,if the person that is underage wants it.
Problem lies now that i gave this guy my phone number,and he knows my full name,i was so stupid.We were supposed to meet in the city center today and talk and go there...
Also im not so innocent in all this.I found him first,also i said i would like to cuddle with him and his friends,i imagined those group things before,and those made me horny.If i id such thing would there be any physical consequences?

^ No you don't 'have' to do anything. If he had any respect for you, he would have made the first 'date' all about you with no others around.
The guy sounds predatory. Tell him you'll meet him in public a couple of times and then see where that goes once there is some basis for trust.

Again I say, DO NOT do this. I don't give a rat's ass what you promised him, or what you think you owe him in the way of explanations. He's a predator, and it will not stop at just cuddling. I don't care what they promise you, or where they say they'll stop if you're uncomfortable. You're dealing with a wolf who is going to tell you whatever you want to hear to get what he wants.

Doesn't this sound an awful like some other threads we have had on here by a guy with fluctuating age about an experience with multiple guys forcing themselves on him...?

ALL OF US BORN LATE IN THE YEAR DO THE SAME THING.
So funny man. My birthday is December 31st -- the LAST day of the friggin year. I do the same thing about my age and have all sorts of trouble keeping up with how old I was when things happened. If I tell you I turned 16 in the year 2003 I'm not lying but I was 15 for the first 364 days of that year. Half the time I forget to adjust for it. Now add this into it. I started 1st grade when I was 4 years and 8 months old so that has thrown my life off ever since. I've about quit giving people the whole long explanation because so few of them pay that much attention to things like that.
