Cuddly ...finding the right gym is kinda like finding the right pair of shoes and they won't all fit....
It took me quite a long time 'til I found the gym I like the best and it is nice because I can go anywhere pretty much and workout but locally I have three of them (Anytime Fitness)...
I had a trainer for over a year and it was worth it because now I have a permanent map in my brain on how to go about getting what I need from the gym. I never really used him as motivation as much as I did instructional....
I am happiest (and often sore) when I go every day but I think my goal will be either 5 or 6 days a week this year....I set goals that aren't realistic too often and then beat myself up when I don't accomplish them...nasty cycle....
Hmmm..maybe there is my answer...I will go for 5.
Oh yeah....my motivation...I had a heart attack with three stents going on five years ago now and I have a very heart healthy according to my last stress test. He was kinda surprised even how good it was when the treadmill went to the highest cycle....it was definitely the gym that gave me the healthy heart. Changing my diet helped but exercise was the key for me.

I can tell you from the experience of having a cabin just below the boat deck on the Black Watch that they probably can.

Consider this my public apology to the fine crew of the Disney Magic, Dream, and Fantasy.

I'm sure they're quite used to it. On newer ships maybe there is more space and steel between decks than on a ship like the Black Watch which was built in the 1970s. Of your cruises which was your favorite?

Itinerary-wise, it was the Baltic cruise. I had resigned myself to probably never leaving the US in my lifetime, and suddenly, I got to sample a bunch of countries I never thought I would. While eating in a nice restaurant in Norway, I told my partner "This is so surreal to me, my brain is trying to convince me that I'm actually eating at Epcot Center. It's the only way it makes sense for me to be eating here." Estonia and St Petersburg were especially awesome.
As far as the cruises themselves, they've all been great. We've had some very minor issues and inconveniences, but they've always been relaxing and enjoyable as a whole.
