A little freaked out

Do you really think people are going to read your mind and tell you what you want to know without you asking them? Do you think that even if you ask, that no one's going to lie to you or maybe genuinely doesn't even know the answer to your questions? Do you think someone is dishonest because they don't disclose information you didn't ask? Could it be possible that because you don't ask, they assume you don't care?

Your health and well-being is your own responsibility. Using condoms was a great move. Going through life thinking that everyone is honest and treating you exactly how you want to be treated, well, that bears further examination on your part. Look inward for why and how you got yourself in the situation.

Even if you decide you don't want to have sex with poz or undetectable people, there's a good chance it's going to happen anyway. As East said, assume everyone is poz and continue to take precautions as you did.
