I'm not sure we're really understanding your question. It might help us help you if we knew WHY you wanted to know this. As is, your question doesn't make a lot of sense, TBH.

Even at my age, I can *sometimes* have a second orgasm within, oh, I'd say as little as 20 minutes after my first one (usually longer). When I was younger that *could* happen more often than it does now. But really, like [MENTION=18508]East[/MENTION] said, it depends on the stimulation. If I'm with someone I find makes me really horny -- OR, if my testosterone level is up for some reason that day -- I could cum more than once, even more than twice, over a period of an hour or so.

I'm looking at this question again... Trying to understand exactly what you're wanting to know. Its premise SEEMS TO BE that a guy should abstain from masturbation/sex for a period of time before having another big orgasm. I don't agree with that premise. This may be why we're having a difficult time answering your question. It could be minutes, hours, days or longer... but it's highly individual and very dependent on everything from hormone levels to having access to things he finds stimulating (whether IRL or porn or w/e).
