If I were cooking that cheesecake, I would have it finished by now. You wouldn't get me dithering about, no. You wouldn't get any of that hanging about nonsense from me. I googled and found the Lindy's recipe. Really want to try it. Problem is that I have ZERO business eating such a thing and there is no one around to take it off my hands.The roomie might try, but he talks big, eats one piece and loses interest.

If cheesecake is good enough to eat all by itself I am willing to forgo the sauce and just gobble. That is rare.
