Anyone Good at Making Cheesecakes?

My nephew sacrificed his entire day to help me paint yesterday. .

I took the morning off to do something nice for him..

He LOVES Cheesecakes. ..
I am going to make him one..

Anyone here knows a unique Cheesecake recipe that they would love to share..

I am pretty good at baking.

Help?

So .. I have been out for about two hours now hunting for ingredients. .

That recipe Ian looks awesome.. I am going to make that for myself!!

I have only seen berry type Cheesecakes in his refrigerator. .
And he's a picky high IQ OCD type
So I'll Do a primo gourmet strawberry type cake..

Sitting in the truck at a farmer's market typing and staring at some woman's hot boyfriend. ..

She doesn't love him..
I should tell him just to break the ice...
