Not sure if i have mentioned this but i get sleep paralysis which is associated with the sleep state and bad dreams.

Sleep paralysis is terrifying . Thankfully I've not experienced it for a while.

I get it alot, i also get many nightmares with the sleep paralysis presence with out the paralysis too.

Ok so i finally had a dream, though i dont really like it, but at the same time i wouldn't call it a nightmare.... As some of you might know, then i'll be going to a new school next year, one of those where you basicly live on, and i dreamt that i was sleeping with one of the teachers..... The only thing is, that i NEVER see faces in my dreams, soo... i cant eve check if he's real (i hope he isn't) xD

This happens to me quite a bit. I frequently dream that as much as I rush about, I end up being too late and missing the bus into work. In the dream, this causes me a lot of distress, even though in real life it wouldn't cause me THAT much distress. I always then end up waking up in a mild panic that I have overslept. But no, it's 5am :/

Had a very fun dream last night.

My ex (who I remained friends with) called me, he and his new husband (who knows about my ex and I remaining friends) invited me to visit them in New Zealand.

did a bunch of fun stuff, and I felt like I had a real vacation. LOL

And low and behold, this is exactly the dream I had last night! Bizarrely, in this one, I kept putting my uniform on, but by the time I reached the door I was in my underwear again!This kept happening, then when I finally got out the door with my clothes ON, I realised I misplaced my keys so couldn't lock the house. I ran back indoors and noticed the clock read 10 minutes after the bus would've departed. I cried out in frustration and then woke up, and was very happy to realise that I don't have to go to work at all

Yeah I've had that happened when I was a teenager. I, being the don't-give-a-shit mofo that I am, went to school in my undies anyway . That was actually more of a fun dream for me.
