I don't know that it is the party per say but the individuals we have running for office and are in office are the problem. Seems I recall seeing that many of the people in office do or have served on boards of major companies, to no surprise the areas they run are almost always relating to the corporations they worked for. Special interests? You bet, makes sense to.
The thing is I don't think people are quite ready and willing to go after a revolution. Not yet anyway.

Dont lower yourself to their standards pokeing fun at the gentlemen, it was clearly rude to make for a bad target. kinda like how rude the germans were with Uboats, I mean British counter offensive. "attacks on them were limited to efforts to damage their periscopes with hammers" ... soo row out and hit em with a hammer! High tech submarine counter warfare that is. eh cant say much though when your outlet for learning is "Big bang theory" Back then British intelligence was the mustache channel so perhaps comedy tv is a step up eh artyboy ?

Wouldn't banging a periscope out of shape with a hammer make it impossible for the U-boat to submerge. Sounds pretty gutsy to me.
Extra points for smashing the lens.
I bid NO Trump!

You could probably take out a super computer by pissing on it... but 007 would weep. Just thinking of Brits in row boats to fight the Nazis, "ey chaps , did we bring the hammer? I got eet bob, bloody Nazis won know what eet em eh haha? get it? heet em? -_- -_-" Roosevelt to Churchhill: Roosevelt: "hammers? Your rowing out and hitting Uboats with bloody hammers?" Churchhill: "Nay, regular ones. I must say, a sea man can find himself in quiet the squeeze when another bloke whacks his scope a bit." Roosevelt:"..." Churchhill "You must admit old boy, its an improvement, we could be painting our ships red..." Roosevelt:".........."

And since this is ostensibly about the election. PLEASE VOTE if you have not done so.
It is indeed humbling to see all of the months and millions reduced to a darkened circle on a ballot. It was also humbling and heart wrenching to go to the polls today and see the number of folks limping in the door using canes and depending on the arms of helpers. These are the people who could just as easily stay home but choose to take the trouble to make it all work. Great teachers.
I bid NO Trump!
