No real meal here, just nibbling. Had an avocado, two tangerines and some plain sliced turkey.

Last night was a slow cooked Chorizo, Chicken and bacon casserole with mashed potato and creamy garlic pureed peas and onion.

Tonight is slow cooked Silverside with vegetables with a creamy mustard sauce.

Yellow bell peppers stuffed with a mixture of quinoa, chopped tofu, carrot and onion with Indian spices, a salad and whole wheat rolls. Strawberries and sorbet for dessert.

I'm in love with the blender machine, I use it do a lot of things, fruit smoothies etc, especially cause I don't like cooking but with this machine everything is fast. With an onion and a courgette (with a bit of salt, oil and oregano) in that machine I did a very nice and fast sauce that I cooked in few minutes even before the pasta was ready. Yummy yummy!

Try steaming some veggies and dumping them in with some warm broth and a few herbs. Instant soup.

Add cream to get fancy.
