Chicken stir fry

chicken hot salsa wraps - loved em , and tomorrow im having Mexican chicken and Mediterranean rice again - i get a bit ocd if i dont get those

Stopped last night at an authentic Mexican restaurant and had soft shelled tacos with carnitas, onion and cilantro with salsa. I tried some super hot hot sauce and my mouth was on fire, so I quickly looked around to be sure no one was looking and kissed my bf. His response? Good thing you kissed me on the mouth and not somewhere else after that hot sauce.

[MENTION=18997]matty7[/MENTION], you can make ild chili, you know. My mother's version was guite mild but we still enjoyed it. Sad to say, the doctor has made me stay away from beans and tomatoes. That makes chili difficult unless I venture into the nearly all-meat versions that are not my favorites.

Lazy day. 2nd supper consisted of a huge turkey, genoa salami, and monterey jack melt sandwich on sprouted multigrain bread. Two fruit cups, two yogurt cups.

I'm about to make a stir fry, or something like that. I'm going to fry up some chicken, cook some rice noodles, and mix it all with a bottle of szechuan peanut sauce I got at the supermarket.

I'm conniving to have the last of the Christmas ham from the freezer along with some canned green beans and white potatoes. Not inspired but easy.
