Yeah. I lived in some really crap-ass places in my teens. I have a good hate on for mice, rats, silverfish, and spiders (the last being not so much a hate as a phobia).

What do silverfish do? I know of them, but not sure what they do.

I used to deliver both mice and rats caught in Have a Heart traps to be released on the beach. It was only a few times when I noticed that a beach cat, an owl, and other critters were getting close (but not too close) as I did so. I was going to free the trapped, but they were thinking "free dinner."

It wasn't my idea, though, I was just the one tasked with taking them to the beach, so I didn't mind being the "the restaurant that delivers."

They come out in the dark, mostly in bathrooms and kitchens. And they eat book pages.

They have the same creep factor as roaches. The whole things moving in the dark that scatter when the light turns on.

We use Rat Glue Traps here on base. Put a dab of peanut butter on them. They are not humane but they work.

Ok some more General stuff

One of my best friends invited me to his wedding in June. I havent seen him in over 4 years, but we talk all of the time. I wanted to go his wedding in good shape, last he saw me I was 23 years old 150lbs and in great shape. since then I gained some weight especially after I quit smoking two years ago. I have lost 10 pounds just by eating right, eating less and cutting out sugar its not as bad as I thought it would be. I'd like to lose 20 more, but its easier than I thought and its easy to stay motivated when I can see its really working.
