Why Do Young Gay Guys Want "Daddies" For Sex?

@FluffyDango I'm curious as to what makes it gross to be called "daddy?" Not saying there isn't some weirdness to it either, I would be a bit thrown off if my partner called me daddy.

I had a conversation a while back on another website about daddys. Some expressed the opinion that it represented more of a need on the part of some guys to fill an emotional void, and that it was totally possible for the younger man in a relationship to have the daddy role so there seems to be more to it than meets the eye.

Ok, it's weird then.

But a straight friend of mine will say it's gross.
Everytime we say daddy to him he makes a gagging sound. And we have a lot of fun with it ?

I'm curious where the stigma comes from exactly in the context of a gay relationships... Not my cup of tea personally, two consenting adults can do pretty much whatever they want.
