Thanks for this. I love the Bach partitas. I have seen my band's violinist play this one several times in his solo concerts and it is always thrilling.

As a recorder player I have attempted to play a lot of Telemann (never to anything like the standard of my fiddle player though) and in my late teens and early twenties it was my great pleasure and privilege to see and hear the great Frans Brüggen do it properly.
