Gone Girl at a movie theater no less and even. This was just last year (a week ago about).
It was interesting, if you like watching movies about psychopaths doing psychopathic mind games. Includes a scene of gratuitous bleeding - as in she gets soaked in the blood of one of her victims.

Hardheaded1 Dallas Buyers Club is absolutely amazing.
but i completely detested Gone Girl. it was not believable at all, and the ending was anti-climactic, to put it mildly. like what the fuck? and Neil Patrick Harris barely got any screen time. his so-called 'character' had no dimension to him at all, he was just some superficial unfinished bland generality brought forth from the writer's imagination. what a waste of time. also a total waste of Kim Dickens who is a great talent. she was practically the only thing worth watching in that useless piece of crap.

Nebraska
It wasn't what I expected but at the same time I wasn't sure what I expected before watching it. Overall it was a pretty good movie
