Battle Royale is an awesome book! It's been a while since I read it but I remember really enjoying it. The movie is pretty good too but... so cheesy and over-acted. I wonder if they sort of did it on purpose.

The only thing I liked in the movie more than the book is the instructional video explaining the collars, instead of the guy running it explaining it
