I always found it easiest to be direct...

Example from my single days...

Went to Chicago's gay Market Days with a gang of gay friends. Around about 1pm all of us were in Rosco's on Halstead street. I met a cute young guy (he was the best looking guy in the place) and struck up a conversation with him and found out he was in town on business.

Asked him straight up if he wanted get out of there?
Saw my friends on the way out and told em I would find my own ride home... They were suprised but happy for me.

We went back to his hotel and had a good old time.

Another way is to meet someone online, exchange face pictures, then meet for drinks or coffee somewhere off line.

Chat for a little bit, if you find each other attractive, ask if they want to come over or if you don't have a place, ask if they have a place to go to.

If all goes well -- go into their bathroom, drop your clothes and come out nekid. That ought to give them a hint.

If it went well enough for both of you. Call him up the next day. See if he would like to meet up again.

Guys are pretty simple but it helps to be good looking and confident in yourself.
