it was actually relatively common here until the NHS stopped offering it free back in the 50's citing a lack of benefits, thus not jusitfying routine circ. no paedeatric society in the world reccomends routine circ, not even Israel!

i prefer uncut to be honest.... im uncut and the skins gotta have some useage to this
