I only cook and drink Soy milk--- Once I made home cooked mac and cheese with Vanilla Soy milk.... GOD IT WAS GROSS!! I didn't notice till I ate it and had a HUGE hint of vanilla... Bad mix... That was about the biggest screw up Ive had... lol

I had to write a report about milk back in High School... And the things that I found out was just plain gross.. The crap that is in there is gross.... So I chose to never drink milk again... Only Soy.. I eat cheese and so on, but only here in Germany.. NEVER in the USA... Its illigal for Milk from the USA to be sold in EU countries because of the high % of this.... stuff.. I wont get into details. lol

Ohh See I cant have dairy, it makes me ill. So I have to have something.. In the end I have cheese, it hurts for a while but I need dairy. and I LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE CHEESE. :biggrin:

I tried making a curry from scratch and mis-read the teaspoon for tablespoon. So it wasnt really a sauce but more like a gritty, terribly hot vegetable mess.
I am now more careful with the reading thing and have become a pretty good cook even trying some Martha Steward complex type recipes.
