Now I feel depressed since I'm not sure to think or feel at this point. I keep reminiscing about all the good times we've had these past few months. In the long run, I know this won't work out, so I guess it's for the best

I guess you both are feeling the same right now. And I hope he comes to the same conclusion as you did. And i hope you let him know that he was special and hadn't done anything wrong.
