"What would you do when everything just goes wrong?"
Well, you just have to get back up! There's no shortcut around it unfortunately. The sooner you get back on your feet, the better it is for you and the people around you.
Like many have already said, the most important thing right now is to get your health back to normal again. Like the adage goes: "What you eat is what you are" If you don't take in enough calories, sooner or later you're gonna be sick. Now, I'm not an expert on anorexia so I have no idea what's causing people to become anorexic in the first place or to stay anorexic--but I do know one thing: If you don't eat enough, your body and all its functions start to break down slowly over time and that will affect your performance in every aspect of your life.
So by all means make sure you get adequate sleep, get enough exercise, and get a good balanced diet. Relationships, life, work etc. those can come later when you're healthy again.
Now, if you can't sleep at night, try sleep in the day. Important thing is to get 8 hrs of quality sleep. Try to create an environment that's conducive to quality sleep. That means doing something relaxing like listening to relaxing music or yoga or meditation etc. 30 mins before going to bed and try to sleep away from noisy environment. Try not to think about depressing thoughts because that's only gonna keep you awake. Lack of sleep and lack of exercise are both gonna affect your appetite. Last but not least, try doing some weight bearing exercise or any kind of exercise as they'll improve your mood quite dramatically.
