Um, if it was me... and this guy was as hot for me as it seems he is for you... and it seems that you are as hot for him as you are for him... then I would get there as early as possible... and hopefully when he arrives you see him come in the door and ask him if you can talk to him outside.
If you can find a place somewhere a bit dark and private - no need to say a thing! Just do the right thing and take his face in your hands and kiss him! If there is any need for words, and there should not be, the only words should be "Should we go to your place or mine!" Lol... That is how it would play out in my fantasy!
