It will be my first time going to a sex shop tomorrow and I plan on purchasing a toy for anal masturbation. This is very strange to talk about, I know, but as I am old enough, I would like to know what to look for. Would I need to start with something small? Also, would I need lube and how do I do this safely (without getting anal fissures)?

I'm no expert in this department (can't wait to read the responses from those more experienced), but I would say YES to the lube. Probably best to go for a smaller toy for now, and work your way up if you find yourself wanting more.

Hi sweetie!!! Toy stores are pretty fun to go to, try and find one where there isn't a lot of creepy people. Lol anywho, yes!!! Start with something smaller. Unless you have been cramming stuff up there that was homemade, you are gonna want something smaller. I would say something to the tune of 1 inch to 1 1/4 inch thick and maybe like 5 inches long. I recommend Astro Glide lube, its good quality and doesn't dry up so fast. Avoidvthe lubes with the numbing sensation, especially since this is your first time getting anything up there. Just remember, too much lube is the right amount, and too little lube is pain, trust me, lol. Enjoy yourself hun, it's an out of the world experience!

also make sure its a sex toy shop and not a porn shop, the toy shops are cleaner and generally nicer.
