How are you today?
Hehe I just throw up all the water if I am, Just heard somewhere if you drink milk before sleeping the hangover will not be so tense, although it has not been a pleasant day at all Wink
But I am feeling much better now

From personal experience, definately lots of water and vegemite on toast...but for non-aussies a Vitamin b Tablet will suffice.

Hang overs are caused by the brain shrinking due to dehydration...the quickest way to restore is room temperature water...not refridgerated water Wink Alcohol suck vitamin B out of your body and increases the hang over.

Try that next time and let me know how it goes.

  • Previous problem has been solved. They were just pulling my leg. But I guess joke went overboard.

Anyways things are okay now. They apologized. I apologized too for being harsh to them. I could have solved the whole thing with more civil.

Forgiven and forgotten. I still love them all. We all make mistakes.
  • I stumbled into this guy whilst heading home this evening. We haven't seen each other for months. We know each other because we used to walk past each other every day. He heads to a gym and I head to a train station. We eventually said hi to each other. Chat here and there as well.

One day I gave his left arm a soft punch when we were about to say goodbye. He started to brush and touch my arm on the next goodbyes. Okay no big deal.

Today he held my waist briefly for a few seconds to say goodbye. That. Was. Awkward. In a nice way I guess.

B Complex before you drink and avoid any sugar in your alcohol (like mixing it with coke or 7 up)...if you want the minimal chance of having any hangover...just drink Brandy in a snifter straight up with a club soda in between.

Your interview story is funny Jay:biggrin:

I have to do something I have been avoiding for months today...I am tired of not wanting to confront it so I am going to take a deep breath and go for it.

The Walking Dead last night was the best hour of TV I have seen in a long time ..

All I think I drank was some beers, have no idea how many quite frankly as I drank some at my brother and many more at his friend Smile But unless that I drank 2 vodka shots. No cola, No soda, just rinsed my mouth with a couple classes of water and a glass of milk Smile Although I think it was ratter stupid to forget eating any kind of food that evening.

Its good they laid of the joke, hope it stays good Jay. Think the guy was just trying to shake hands but missed or something Smile

It's 10.58pm. I just got back from work. Slightly tired but doing fine.

My parents went to a hospital today. My dad had to go through a CT scan to check his thyroid. Through scanning, doctor found out that my dad had a minor heart attack. It was minor so my dad didn't feel it when it happened. He has to go through further examination in the future.

It feels strange to find out out that my dad had a heart attack. I never thought it will happen to someone in my family. Particularly one of my parents.

It just feels ... I don't know. I don't know if I'm prepare to say 'goodbye' to anyone in my family particularly my parents. My parents. The ones who raised me since I was a baby. My shields and shelters.

I know all of us grow older in each year and will eventually pass away. But still.
