sweet, not too sweet though. I love the breads at the corner stores. They have sweet breads, breads with noodles and meat. Breads that I have no idea what they are. They are delicious though.

In my experience barbers really love doing this, I'll say to trim off a few inches all around and they'll take it to mean trim most off the sides and leave big puff on top. But you shouldn't worry, it actually looks good on you. =]
