sorry to hear bout your bad day - sympathy for those who get migrains,, sis gets them and they sound terrible..

got 2 night shifts to go and physio tomorrow,, all goin well with that so im really happy with that,, the physio guy is tidy too although married ,,,always the case lol

we all get them, bad days that is.

As for Migraines...I would rather have gall stones, but I am lucky to know the signs of a migraine and usually tend to avoid them, only once have I needed medical treatment for a migrain, and that took 4 injections and a handful of valium over 3 days...can we say ZOMBIE?

thanks for the big hugs Bookworm & Rawr , im gonna accept them and spread them around first chance i get .. after loosing my best mate a few weeks ago i hated everything but i knew i'd come back ok - im loads happier now and want to celebrate his life so its hugs all round i guess lol

I'm sad, its my last day of vacation and my anxiety is already starting to set in.

I dropped my Ipad. I accidentally dropped my Ipad on a concrete floor whilst heading to office few days ago. Just noticed a crack on it today.



I dropped it few times before but luck was always on my side. Not this time around.

And with that, I dropped its value.



My fault but I'm fine with it.
