I'm sad, its my last day of vacation and my anxiety is already starting to set in.

I wish I can make you feel better. Don't think too much about it. Try to stay relax and enjoy your last day as much as possible. And sleep early so you don't feel tired on your first day to work.

Today I have been ok. Went out with mum for the bigger part of the day. But when I got home I was shitty just short feuse and fell like crying over the smallest things like doing the dishes. I think it might be that time of the month u.u'
