Overall, my day was good.
Morning
Went to office slightly late than the usual. I usually reach office at around 7.30am (Working hours - 10am-6pm). But today I reached office at 8.15am.
I was late because I forgot my Ipod Touch.
Morning jog was fine. Felt a bit sluggish as I was tired. Yes, I should have rested but I really wanted to run.
Tiredness flushed away after I gobbled my favorite breakfast - Oatmeal mixed with cold white milk and slices of bananas.
Office Hours
Lots of work in the office. My job never ends. My boss knows that. But I was able to handle the stress and pressure very well this time around.
My colleagues caught me eating my lunch - brown rice with one whole roasted chicken. They were baffled by my ability of eating one whole chicken. They just had to snap a photo.
"Jay, can you at least eat the chicken with manners. Slice the chicken separately, gently and neatly. You're a designer for heaven's sake. You're supposed to be a perfectionist" One of my friends joked when he saw the way I ate the chicken.
My latest display panels (banners) for an upcoming property expo. I was really happy when the printer arrived to office with my printed panels. My tiring work has been paid off.
Gym
"Ready to be tortured?" My personal trainer joked.
Triceps and back on Friday.
Every workout went smoothly. I'm getting stronger than before.
I can't lie. I enjoy being the attention of few guys. But that is the limit. Building friendship is fine. But nothing beyond that. I'll stay focus and professional with my workout. Improving my physical is my main priority. I need to be fully ready for the next surgery.
