My palms. Goodness. Calluses. I need to buy gloves.

As usual, my personal trainer grilled me as insane as possible with super sets. I didn't have problem with the super sets but had problem to grip dumbbells etc. due to calluses.

I didn't take off my jacket until the second set of the first workout. When I took it off, my personal trainer went, "Oh yeahhh...."

Last week, Ronnie Coleman visited our gym. I didn't come to the gym on that particular day because I reckoned the gym was going to be super crowded.

So anyway my personal trainer told me that I should have come. I asked him why. He said he would like to introduce me to Ronnie and tell him my history.

I really really really really really really really really hate my job.

Ceez, correct me if I'm wrong but aren't you capable of programming? Ever thought of producing an app for Iphone and android phones? Even that silly fart app can make a lot of money. Maybe you should give it a shot.

Super effing excited last night I won a amateur college hot body contest at a local gay club, and now i'm 100 bucks richer with a chance to come back and compete for 250 and a position as a gogo boy. Also
my boyfriend has come to visit me for the weekend and I'm celebrating thanksgiving early with my queer family. Good times

Woke up at 4am again this morning, i am on annual leave from work so it is bloody frustrating that I can't sleep in, WORSE I am actually awake earlier than a work morning.

Not looking forward to today. Northern NSW and SE Queenland are on storm watch as conditions are perfect for super cell storms, and as much as I love storms I am not a fan of super cell storms.

These are storms that rotate and can produce tornadoes, hail the size of oranges, flash flooding and high winds usually all at the same time and are extremely destructive.

that's not a bad idea, I still have my books on it learn what I don't know.
