yesterday i gone to the supermarket and the cafey by myself and i got a cup of tea and some cake then another cup of tea becase you are aloued to get 2 if you wont . then gone shopping abit in the supermarket.it was very very nice.im happy your better now frank. it was bad when you not very well. mashlander and princealberto and bipenny you are very lovely and funny!mile:

yes i done it before quite alot of times. i can go there by myself.and i can go in the cafe and by things and payed for it and i can go in the shop and look around and by things. i hope soon i can go even to town by myself becuse it is rely fun going by myself!mile:

I am tired today, and still recovering from Hagen Dazs overload. Back on the sensible diet and to the gym today methinks. Work is slightly in overdrive as we have visitors tomorrow so eveything has to be just so. Yay.

mmmmmm, cake. Joseph now you made me think of cake again!!!!!! What kind of cake did you have? I might have to go and bake a cake this evening. :frown:

The downside of buying ice cream is that I have no freezer so I tend to eat it all in one go otherwise I have to risk putting it in the horsebox freezer, which often breaks, cant risk wasting ice cream!!!

Not at the price it is, no!!!! Indeed.
talking of which, once I'd bought all this Häagen Dazs and it was sitting tightly in the freezer and then someone comes to visit and I say: "would you like the rest of this gazpacho before we fly off to Spain?" She says "no", so I say: "well can you put it in the freezer, please?"... which she did, but I forgot to tell her to push the door back to make sure it was closed properly. As we were on the plane, I suddenly remembered the freezer door... ~"Oh, C., did you push the freezer door back properly?" ~ "I don't know", she says, "why?" ~ "Oh! Just that it doesn't close tightly unless pushed back manually... Oh well, we'll see when we get home".
Indeed the freezer had worked big time when I got back and I had to thaw it completely, and send the ice cream packing down the lavatory... oh dear, what a waste (four pots!!! :mad: grrrrrr)

I'm offline for a few days and alluva sudden this place looks totally different.

As for today, i seemed to spend most of it dozing and then waking up more tired than i was before.

Sleeping pattern's... messed... up.
