yes swimming is very very fun! i am having very nice brekfast today.what it was bacon egg soasige beans tost tomoto. and cup of tea! i am very looking forwed to it!

Had a quick chat this a.m. with Dan. He had that awful food poisoning, been resting, now catching up with work... so no worries.
