I sometimes get insomnia that can last a few days. The record so far is nine days.

Have you tried over the counter medicines such as Diphenhydramine?

It comes in brand names such as Nytol and Sleepeeze. 50mg (one a night) and 25mg (Take one 20 mins before bed and another if you wake too early.

Don't use them for too long without a break from them though, they can be addictive.

I just can't sleep because baby is waking up a lot ha ha . . .

Super excited and nervous all at the same time. Tonight's opening night for our production of Oliver and while I'm experiencing those "last minute jitters" I'm also excited because I'm getting to share something I love doing so much with the man that I love! Can't wait until they call for places for the opening number!

I'm looking foward to tomorrow. It's market day in the small French town that I live in, and very well frequented. Stalls selling all kinds of food, 50 different types of olives (why?) cheese of course of every variety, including goat's if you like that sort of thing, specialities from the Basque region, fresh everything, fish out of the sea that morning and trucked up from coast, salmon, trout, oysters, stuff I don't know the English for. Pan-fried salmon with almonds for lunch, yummy!

Finally got my new wheelchair after a year and a half long process. But it was worth it. Best chair I've had in a LONG time.
