So tonight I had call back auditions for Doctor Faustus, which my college is putting on. It's the first college production I've auditioned for. The director had me read for the comedic roles, which is what I was going for... so, we'll see how that turns out. There was a lot of dance and movement at the audition, which I suck at hardcore. It's all very Fosse-esque. However, I got to wrap my arms around the torso of a very fit fella and simulate fornication with him in front of a group of 50 strangers... so that was interesting.

That was implied by the word "interesting." Truth be told... it was ... uhm... fucking awesome. But of course I put on my "I'm Mr. serious professional" face. Inside though, I was...



I had to play it off real cool. The guy assumed I was straight too, which was adorable. And I do mean it in that patronizing sort of way.

He said something like "Don't worry, bro. I've had to do worse things at call back auditions."

To which I replied "I've done worse things without the excuse of an audition." Cue awkward laughter...

I had a bad job interview, it was very fast and at the end the interviewer told me "If today you're successful we will call you back for a second interview, and we'll see". I though "Are you kidding me?".
But they called me back!
So I'm glad and excited, but very anxious for tomorrow!!!

The job is something in customer service, in theory sales assistant, but this company seems very serious... boh XD Maybe I will work at Primark. It will be ok, but that serious office in that palace etc... XD

I didn't get cast in the show at all. Oh well. It would've been kind of inconvenient to be involved anyway.

Granted, this doesn't necessarily mean that I won't show up outside of the theater during every rehearsal with my face pressed up against the window watching all the cool kids sing and dance have fun as I'm wishing I was accepted as one of them.... all it means is that now if they see me, they'll call the cops.

Oh and I'm the only dude in my CNA class, lol

But the instructor is this really funny gay bear. He wore
a Bear Pride shirt today and it totally made my morning ;D
