I've been feeling a bit off for probably the past few months. It's like I'm half dreaming all the time - It's quite hard to concentrate- and I lose my balance easily, it was worse when I had the cold a few days ago, bit better now.

I need to get more sleep I think... I don't my body can handle only about 7 and a half hours a night I know other people make do with much less, but I'm really tall and heavy. That's why I eat so much.
