tired.....work is always like that

a little bit crushed...cause today I was confronted with my number one enemy....crowds...and I lost the battle...went on panic attack mode....hyperventilated....and then sat in corner shaking and crying.....

I know.....I'm pathetic....hence I say it here...cause no one can give me reprobatory looks from across the world...

eventually, of course I pulled my shit together and I went home...ugh...
