Feeling great today looking forward to a much cooler day 30c it's amazing what 10 degrees extra feels like.
We hit 40c yesterday it was so draining, thankfully the beach was very refreshing.

only once have I felt more than 32°C..........I was in Argentina-Uruguay and it was a steady 37°C....that was bad already and I got a sinus infection.......and then one day it hit 45°C and I ended up with such nose haemorrhage I nearly fainted right there....I was all but too happy to return to my own land....although I haven't learned to not bitch when the thermometer hits 30°C.....

Anyway, just woke up again... Feeling good because my mom did not push me to go for that choir sh*t. I already prepared my script beforehand...so...nice.

I did not know...not at all...I was used to the temperature here and I naively thought since I was moving eastwards along the same latitude, it wouldn't change

Apparently the Andes mountain make for a perfect barrier against that overly hot air of that part of the Atlantic...

I was getting ok with 37°C....surviving...and then....45°C....let's just say I visited some nice Hospital in Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay (beautiful city, btw)

in my case, i always search for the weather forecast beforehand because it seems pretty accurate most of the time...And yes, I guess it has something to do with the Andes blocking the air...

It's not a good travel experience to be hospitalized...ugh even here in the tropical Island, we dont experience 45°C...tss. You know next time to search for weather forecast
