Very lonely today. Don't know why really. I've been alright in that department for a few months, but today it just hit me like a ton of bricks. Probably has to do with Valentine's Day coming up. Also, now that my concerto competition has come and passed I don't have anything huge to focus my energy on, so my mind starts wandering.

honestly I don't know why does people put such importance to a freaking day..

Curiously within all my "I am alone" issues I have never found myself feeling crappy on that day..

Today I'm rather relieved after yesterday....it went well enough

I hurt. I'm one of the unlucky people who have intense pain upon wisdom teeth extraction (they were all impacted and I suspect my jaw has finished growing) so my eyes keep watering.a. Also dental isn't covered so my savings account is in tears ( I will eventually get some back though through a benefit).

On the upside I get a vacation from everything for a few days, a before and after valentine's day since surgery was today, and the chronic dull pain I've had for months will be gone after this. Same with the headaches, constant feeling of pressure, and it might help with my nose they said...

All I have to do is wait...

I found valentines day to be stressful. This was my first, and while successful, it's not that fun for many couples either. In the past I would do something nice for myself on this day.
