I work in a research lab. Officially speaking I can only get 15 legal days of vacaction.

Advantages: I have nothing in my contract that says I have to fill a number of hours or even a schedule. I can sometime work that to my advantage

Disadvantage: It is not rare for me to have to go on weekends or spend 12 hours in work. And no one will pay me extra hours.
