I would love to report its because its a wonderful challenge for a 48 year old to keep up with the sex drive of a 22 year old...

However I suspect it has more to do with low salts (I have problems assimilating salts) and piss poor eating habits coupled with all the hard labor I have been doing in this hell hole.

I hope its not the onset of another bout of flu. That's the last thing I need.

went to the gym early (did mostly legs and cant walk stairs without holding on now lol) early because im going to play Titanfall when my mates come on Xbox soon, bit excited too about that, only played it once so far - bit sad I know

Titan fall is awesome - ive not used bad language once lol , and when we lost we deserved to... not because of lag like call of duty games ..im proper happy right now. having a break while my mate eats Chinese food - playing my fave tunes till we do battle again
