well im pleased with myself - I agreed to cover a new starters 12 hour night shift because he had a pre booked holiday before getting his job, he needed 4 shifts off and would not be getting paid for any - the guys off other shifts have agreed to cover him so he gets paid - bless him, he couldn't thank me enough, its nice to be selfless sometimes I guess
