we are not too bad on this so called washout of a bank holiday , why is it here in UK on a bank holiday most of the time its rains on the monday of the bank holiday no matter what time of year it is.

What the eff is a bank holiday?Our public holiday (Worker's/Labour Day) was on Vrydag and we had a LONG weekend.Monday and I'm back to work.
