Today was the first day that I did not work since July 1. It was nice.

Last night I laughed and laughed hard. First time in too long. Attended a couple of performances at the Calgary Fringe Festival. I needed that. Am glad my good friend Trevor was there too.

PS. If you get to see the one woman show called 'Butt Kapinski' - do it. No regrets. Its coming to the Pacific Northwest in September I believe.

up doing memes job. Chopped potatoes and onions for hash browns. Cracked and scrambled a dozen eggs. Table is set. Dishwasher is unloaded. Table set. Dogs have been fed and run. We had one heck of a storm come up early last night. Still cold and windy here.

Now word from Memechose yet except that he got here ok and Jay tasted like coffee. He ought to check in this afternoon.

Got 4 guests + me and theyre just now getting up showering so its not all for me. Wont be any running up here in the rain today. I had to put on a thermal shirt at 5 to run with he dogs. Its cloudy windy and real cool.

I may get on Meme's motorcycle later and do a spin after breakfast if it warms up. And I dont go shirtless much in the sun cause I burn so fast. Got no one here now to wipe me down with sunscreen
