I'm okay today, kind of lazy.

Yesterday was a bit unpleasant for me. It started when my husband & I took our widowed neighbor to lunch at an upscale Italian restaurant,,, where the waiter would disappear and we couldn't get spoons for our coffee, or creamer. Then when the food arrived, I discovered that the Lasagna I ordered had no meat sauce in it,,, only cheese & noodles. The cheese tasted sour and I just couldn't eat it. Tried to get another cup of coffee to pass the time while my company ate their meals and once again the waiter wasn't around. Finally had to ask another waiter who was passing by if he could get me a cup of coffee. After my company finished their meal, I was more than ready to get out of there without any more problems,, but,,, you guessed it,,, the waiter was no where in sight,, and I couldn't get the bill.... Waited for about 5 minutes longer and had to get up and go find the manager so I could pay the bill and get out of there!!!

Once I get home, I decided to go online and see what's happening on GS. I make a post concerning an OPs problem with a friend he was crushing on. And then another GS member on the same thread makes a post disparaging my post!!!! So,,, for the most part, yesterday was a day where I should have stayed in bed and avoided humans at all cost.

Today has been much better. So far???

Still trying to take in the news about Robin Williams

Such a funny, full of energy type guy. Had no idea he was running that close to the edge, or maybe I did and his on screen energy was a warning sign.

At home in the UK now, at least the sun is shining.

Absolutely Wonderful (said sarcastically)! I actually felt better until about a half hour ago when my mechanic informed me my rack and pinion just blew out on my car. Well there goes $500!!

Running late for work this morning, and the post office closed when I needed to send a parcel.
But chilling out now and feeling better.

Not that great. It's hard to get used to not having my girlfriend around, and it's been tough to go to sleep alone at night. I'm better than I was a couple of days ago however, so at least there's that.
