Am an exhausted and unhappy camper.

Today was a full day meeting / presentation / collaboration at work. I am in some ways the centre of some people's universe. I am an introvert.

Those three things cause my head to ache. Then again Mr. Williams death is still causing some major emotions. shit

back on my bike now - after my big crash prob 18 months ago I m back on my mountain bike , last 5 rides have got easier each time - not doing any black routes anymore, just fun rides ,,, can do without been taken to casualty anymore- not fun lol
