9 am Doctor gave me permission to start driving.
I went driving.
11 am my car started sounding like a chain saw cutting sheet metal.
Im back to walking and biking again

But Stevei, how do you get the motivation? I know about all of those things but stay defeated in the face of it all.

I don't always have motivation. I'm human. I can accept defeat, but I don't want to live there. Tomorrow is another day.

OM Freakin G, WHY?? the fun part about living in a state surrounded by military bases is that sometimes they decide that the air force has to run test late at night, so when I'm trying to get to sleep so I can wake up at 4:40am jets are being flown directly over top of the house :mad::mad::mad::mad:

I hear that! I lived next to a National Guard base. At night there were the flashes of mortars being fired with loud reports that left the windows rattling. I know it wasn't close to the real thing, but it bloody well felt like living in a war zone.

Tired but satisfied. Being an adult and working is hard.
