im made up with a cold terrible headache and shaking but still have to go to work for a 12 hr night shift as we have no staff spare - think I've been running my body down the last week or so, guess its my own fault by overdoing it - hopefully paracetemol will help keep my temp down

well finally rerecorded the drum track that was messed up before - simplified the beat and it actually sounds significantly better (which is not to say it's actually good, but it's closer than it was). Also got it so the kick is more noticeable finally
