wish i could swim like you mate, tried it last month and all the old age pensioners over took me all the time lane swimming, i had to get out cos i kept goin under mile: on dry land old folks are very frail but in water their like dolphins, go figure

im still good and still playin some god tunes (pendulm) they rule - just spent last hour or so on phone answering all the questions a straight person has after u tell them your gay mile: she's great about it but i had all the favorites, u all know the ones - when did u decide ? are u sure ? have u got a partner !! why is it straight people call it a partner and not a boyfriend ?? - love her to bits but wow she had some stuff to ask !!

such a crap day today, like actully soo bad, mandy was down and we were out and i was just so depressed like not even speaking to her and avoiding her and i felt soo bad for both of us, went in early and she texted me saing shes sorry for whatever she had done and i was like mandy its not ur fault i just need time to think, and she was getting all upset and blaming herself and i was like it sounds so cliche but it actually is me and then i was like im not doing this over the phone we'll talk tommorow and i have been in such a downer all night and all my friends are like u cant end it youse are soo good together and then you think, so you want me to live another lie so you dont feel bad about me and mandy breaking up, and i was just soo pissed that everything was getting on top of me and that people still burden things on me and i just couldnt deal with it no more. but im better now :0 but yeah its been a shit day

Had a lot of rain today... this was kinda appreciated as it is Wednesday meaning the big bicycle ride... and I have been way too exhausted this week but didnt want to wimp out so stayed home, rested a bit and now getting ready for a cornish hen

Hmmm, Matty maybe you could switch the time you go to the swimming pool (of course if your work allows you to do so). I usually go between 8-9.30 pm and there aren't many old people in that time, however it's full of people of my range of age =) If you can, start swimming again, because it's the most complete sport for our body muscles in my opinion, and it helps to be less stressed from your work/studies etc.

by the way, my day began in a boring way, I just started studying for my exam in "African Hystory"...pretty boring at this time in the morning ahahah!! Have a good day, everyone =)

Well, my day so far has been boring, sitting here in work with not much doing.lol

looking forward to the weekend tho, goin out with my auntie pauline (not real auntie, jst one of those people you call auntie.lol) to see that Thriller play in glasgow on friday night...yes, I had tickets for MJ's concert (like the music btw, not the guy.lol) but that aint taking place, so this is a substitute to hear some good music. I will be strutting my stuff in the aisle.lol

Then on saturday, al head to pool for a swim and my mates parents just bought a new holiday home place in gourock and there away on holiday sumwhere else.lol so mates invited us to come down and have sum alcoholic beverages:eek: mee likies.lol just hope the weathers gonna be good coz it looks over the water and theres an outdoor pool down the road.

Got a massive big fan on... blowing cool air on me... it's about 30c outside today! (feels just as hot or warmer inside) It's predicted could reach 32c which would make it the warmest day of the year so far! :eek:

I was meant to be going into work but have managed to talk my way out of it and am "on call' working from home! :biggrin: Should be free after about 5 hopefully.

Going to raid the fridge and make some lunchies shortly!
